Yea, just fixed that in my car. Good thing I took forum advice and shoved a paper between the chassis and the hood latch lever, because otherwise that screw would have been lost under the carpet. Several times. Also, I found it easier to get the screw back on by removing the dash panel that covers the bottom of the dash. Will post pics of the old relay. Got to do a few "engine start ups".
Here's my old relay. Hard to see but the pointed out spots have "dry joint" cracking, as shown in the web site posted on the first reply in this thread.
