Front Drive Pulley
Impact wrench. (Suggested)
Take the front wheel off and put a big *** pipe on the end of your wrench and a flat head in the gear teeth, or put the spare on and let it down, then grunt.
I've never actually done it but I have read about 17 DIY's on it. Do a search for it on here. I am sure the process has been explained many times.
Good luck, let us know how it turns out.
