Default Fuel Injection Conversion

So, this being my first post, I want to thank everyone in advance for your input. I have a 1994 civic lx, auto, and I blew the headgasket and warped the head...i think. Either way, I sent it to a mechanic, and said the motor was toast, so I ordered a JDM motor to replace it with. I'm not looking for performance, just a good running car. I am in the process of the swap, and realized the motor I ordered is the same (D15b), but is a 5sp., carbureted motor. The old motor was an auto, fuel injected model. I want to keep fuel injection and automatic transmission. I am going to swap over the old wiring harness seeing as how the new motor doesnt have one. So my question is, can I just directly swap over the intake manifold, transmission, and wiring harness? Will it be a straight plug and play? Also, I will be swapping over whatever parts I need to reuse from the old motor, except gaskets of course. I have never worked on a honda before, but have put in some wrench time on toyotas. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Also, do I need to replace anything else, such as the distributor or anything. Thanks.

If you have the same block code it is straight plug and play as you describe. You will need to use your old distributor to match your fuel injection computer. The flywheel will also have to be swapped to your old one to convert from manual to automatic. It'd be worth considering installing a new rear crank seal while you're in there. The exhaust may need to be swapped to get the proper oxygen sensor configuration.

Thanks. I don't have time to check the engine codes right now, but thanks for the info. I will definitely replace the rear crank seal. Ill be working on it on Tuesday sometime, Ill check the codes then. Thanks.
