Default follow-up

The problem was a broken/open/damaged wire between the pump relay behind the glove box and the pump. Testing showed power coming out of the relay but never making it to the pump at the tank. I ran a new wire and soldered/shrink tubed it in and the car runs fine. C.

This gives more credence to mk's kill switch theory.
