Default Fuse 15 Fix?

I have found the problem revolving around the Fuse 15 fix, but how the heck do you guys get your arms up there to get electrical tape around the burnt wires?

I tried to tape them the other night, but did a poor job evidently because the fuse popped again.

Has anyone used silicone instead of tape for the fix?

Also, does anyone know, or have a chart showing what all the wires are in that O2 sensor connector?

Default Actually...

I just made that post, and got to thinking, "I never did confirm the fuse was popped."

Well, Fuse 15 is still intact, but my speedo still doesn't work. Any ideas? It stays on about 20 miles per hour when going faster than that.

That is likely because the speedometer needle is physically dragging on the dial and getting stuck at 20. The odometer always works right, correct?

The odometer has never worked before. But, I haven't looked at it since the "fix." I'll have to pay attention to the odometer today on my ride home. That should have been something I had already looked into. ha ha So if the odo doesn't work, still, then I didn't fix anything. If it does work, then look to the needle getting hung up on something. Makes sense. Thanks. I'll report back in tonight or tomorrow since I'm not at a computer very often these days.

I just sneaked out for a test drive while at work. The odometer is stone cold dead, doesn't even budge. I've put about 30k on the car since I've had it, and the odometer has never really worked, but it did move. Actually, it says I've put 5k miles on the car in those actual 30k-ish miles.

The speedo barely jumps around while going about 5-10, but anything faster or slower reads a solid 20 mph.

What should I do next? Should I take the speedo out of the car and clean it or bump it around or something?
