Ok so when I was driving since I just fixed my fogs, they once again shut off, but also my fan, Rear Window Defrosters, A/C, and circulate buttons under the radio stopped working.

I replaced the fog fuse and both started working again fine, once again drove for about 5 minutes and the fuse blew again, now the wires connecting the fogs from the bumper to the relay switch are not taped or sealed down, but loose and moving around, does this mean I need to seal them down so no wires are touching and or moving or touching metal?

 

If you have bare wires touching metal they will short out the fuse.
