Battery light comes on and then goes off, on again, off again

Default Battery light comes on and then goes off, on again, off again
I replaced the battery. Had the starter tested, had the charging system tested, had a drain test on it and all are fine. I'm out of ideas.

Your alternator is failing. When it isn't working, it doesn't recharge the battery. Hence, the battery light.
