Garrett TB0356?

Default Garrett TB0356?
I just bought a 95 civic with a D16z6 and it threw a rod 4 miles from the guys house but I have pulled the car apart and found the turbo is a Garrett TB0356. Do any of you guys know anything about the power this will produce with the D16 and is it a decent turbo or should I find something else.
