How/where do you have the power wire connected?

I just recently installed mine. The way I did it was to sodder the connection to the wire that comes from the OEM backlight. It's not in one of the plugs, but actually on top of the cluster.

use a multimetter to check which fuses go to what, and wire them into the fusebox so that when you tunr the car on, they turn on, that'll be the easiest.
