GURUS needed here.... BET it will stump u!!! (clutch prob)
yup, very common mistakes ... they push to a certain point then you have to push real hard and they kinda snap it, you shouldnt have a gap between the cv axles and the trans and pull the the axle hub that goes in the trans it should pop out by hand.
the axles shouldnt pop out my hand because they lock in and yes they lock in and everything.
I dont see how that relevant to me being able to put car in gear without clutch as my car was already on all 4 wheels when this happened and car went no where while i put the car in gear without clutch............

... i can shift gears with out pushing a clutch in. i think your being hard headed. we have explained what to do and you want to argue. instead of typing and not listening, walk out to your car, jack it up and look at where the axle hub meets the trans, there shouldnt be a gap. they should be almost flush to the trans. after doing this and confriming this, come back and post results
yup your right, never have done any work on any cars or trucks..... i just dream of it, i guess......... i am a professional mechanic so dont talk **** i do this crap for a living everyday of my damn life, you came on here asking for freeeee help.
several people on here have posted the obvious to you and instead of trouble shooting and doing what they said and coming back and posting results you want to argue with them. i will and so will all of hcf agree on mk's post, he is one of the best on here. now if you would shut up and listen and do what he says and come back and post results we can move forward on help you with your problem.
and if you dont like it, then take your car to a shop and pay $$$$$$$$

I made sure both axles are in and still same but another thing i tried was to put it into gear and step on brake to see if motor will shut off from stall and it did.......... but once again i put it into gear without the clutch........ when i put it in reverse the wheels spins backwards and in every other gear they spin forward.... so its going into gear fine........
I think ive tried just about everything other then another transmission but i dont know anyone that has one laying around that i can borrow real fast.....

so with the wheels off the ground the wheels move just like they should with all gears?
sounds to me like it might be your flywheel or pressure plate like it doesnt have enough pressure on the tranny to give the wheels enough power to move the weight of the car...
id say buy a new flywheel or have a good shop inspect the flywheel at least and measure its specs. when you have a shop turn the flywheel they take off material to level it so it will NEVER be back to factory specs... maybe WITHIN SPECS but many of times it can be JUST VERLY IN SPECS and still be a problem! we talkin about what 1-2inches of travel with the clutch every 1/8-1/4inch off the flywheel is a big difference if to thin!
at least thats what it sounds like to me....

hey. i understand what you are saying. What i meant was when i got the flywheel resurfaced the first time they only resurface the clutch face. I have a 2 step so when they resurface my flywheel they need to resurface the part that the clutch sits on and then the part that the pp bolts to. The level difference of the two was resurface the second time to factory spec which is .112.
hum well thats odd if your sure the clutch isnt the problem. maybe your tranny is bad and the forks are bent or broke internally.... maybe your only getting into the syncros and not the full gear.
its just odd that they would turn the wheels with them not on the ground and not with it on the ground.
now im just asking so dont take offense.... do you have the pin back in the shifter linkage also? i could see that maybe if it fell out and its just BARELY turning the linkage on the tranny and its BARELY catching the syncros.
and also you never answered the other question previously stated... does your interior clusters speedo move when in gear and motor running? just curious as well.
but looks like you might just have to buy another tranny for your ride and hopefully it works... how did your old clutch look when you removed it? maybe it wasnt the problem and it was actually the internals bending or breaking/cracking getting worse and worse.
