having problem starting car on cold days.98 ex light mods.new battery new wires new plugs.will crank but no fire.if i turn key and hold awhile then ack like im turring key to on position will start eventually.this happends when car sits for awhile to over night.thinking starter or fuel.any ideas..would old belts cuase this.also whistling noise in between 3200 to 4000 rmps like air leak .

Yikes, sorry about your problems. Like you said, it could be your fule system. Maybe the injectors? You should consider purchasing some balanced injectors. Check your vacuum hoses for the air leak/whistle.
