Default Have a few bents valves, How to go about replaceing them.

Hey,

I got a D16Y8 vtec head sitting in my garage, it's got a few bent valves on it. I plan on changeing them out this week. Does anyone have a guide to do it? Also should I do it myself it just bring the head up to a shop?

i would just bring it to the shop unless you have the proper spring compressor/lube and manuel with the correct sockets
