Do 98 civic ex's have egr valves?

Default Do 98 civic ex's have egr valves?

Just wondering cause I can't find it on mine and the manual doesn't mention it.

It appears that only the HX had EGR. If you have an EGR valve it will be on the top of the intake manifold near cylinder #4 (transmission end). Don't confuse it with the VTEC solenoid, which is very close to the same place but actually attached to the head not the manifold.
