Default adjusting valves on 1998 civic ex

i've got a 1998 honda civic with 98thousand miles just did a timing belt and water pump catalytic converter ,first bank o2 sensor ,ran sea foam though trotle and vacum lines to injectors run's real good ,but i've got a problem with emissions test it dosent pass in idle but it passes in 2500 rpm's it also has a dc sport header smog legal but the exhaust is a unknown brand and missing the resonator would this affect it at all.no trouble codes no bad smells just high hydrocarbons at idle ,thank's for you're time

The resonator doesn't do anything but quiet the exhaust down. And for your emmissions problem, I would start by cleaning the IACV.
