It cannot be stressed enough that you MUST be using a quality torque wrench. There is a reason why you can buy a $500 torque wrench, and a $50 torque wrench. Cheap torque wrenches are iffy when new at best, and if they're not brand new it's not even worth torqueing with it.

and i belive you need to retorque it anfter it gets up to operationing temp. for the first time.
