Ok so when I got my black housing headlights I was a dummy and didn't seal them and well in the summer when I washed the car if I directly hit the lights with spray they would get moisture in them, but letting sunlight and heat him them would dry it up inside.

Well I got my car washed and direct water hit my right side light and got moisture in it, some of it dried up, but since there isn't much sun in PA during winter the rest(mainly on bottom and turn signal light) is still there and also I sealed the light so maybe the moisture can't get out because it's sealed.

How should I get rid of the moisture?
Maybe take off the silicon and see if the moisture will escape then re-seal?

 

I cant remember if i saw it here from someone that said that taking out the bulb on whatever part the asssembly was fogged up and leaving the bulb out of the socket for a couple hours could help. I tried it on mine and it worked. you can try that if it helps.
