why would it be that the heater & rear defrost are not working in my 2002 civic lx? A/C is ice cold and works fine, as does front windshield defrost. When I turn to heat, it is ice cold.

I already tried turning off the A/C light button, played with all the settings on the dial, but nothing??

Any help for further troubleshooting is greatly appreciated.

Start here:

 

Rear defogger:

Check 30A hood fuse 11 and 10A dash fuse 14.
