Before proceeding, let me double check the circuit diagrams.

Do you have B16A2 wire harnesses? In this case, the secondary O2 sensor and EVAP canister actually get power from the Blk/Wht wire prior to gray connector C101 (see below).

Based on circuit diagrams for a D16Y7 engine, there should be six total Blk/Yel wires attached to the C115 connector. One Blk/Yel wire should change to a Blk/Wht wire at a gray connector (C101) near the master cylinder. This wire provides power via under-dash fuse 15 to the remaining five Blk/Yel wires used to power the (1) alternator, (2) VSS (top of transmission), (3) EVAP purge solenoid, (4) secondary O2 sensor, and (5) the primary O2 sensor.

yes!!, i find out the problem.. my second 02 sensor wire have a little rip on the wire that why it keep on making the short circuit...so i connect to the power black/yellow wire go to the dash and every work fine now. In case in the future anybody have the same problem, connect the 02 sensor power wire to any of the six black/yellow wire it should work. I just want to said thanks to the people that help me out and really want to thanks to Ronj for the help.
