Help me get my CEL off....41 Primary oxygen sensor heater

IACV was clean already but i still sprayed some carb cleaner on it but dint help much...
noticed this had nothing plugged in at all so i plugged the plug into the top and it made it idle much better.... BUT i need to know where the vacuum hoses go to that connect to this
