Wooooooow. That has the sound of a bad engine. I don't know if that's bottom end or top end or both.

Are you 100% sure that the coolant system was bled properly after the radiator was replaced? Engines will make some strange noises when there is air in the system. Also, with an overheat that bad you might want to have the head checked for warpage.

And check the oil.

what would be the proper procedure to bleed rediator procedure? How I did after installing new radiator was

1. cap off
2.poor in coolent into radiator
3. same to reservior
4. squeezed botom hose rapidly
5. loose the bleed hole on engine
6. let the engine warm up( 5 to 10min.) let it bleed until i c no more bubble
7. tighten it.
8. shut down car
9. wait to cool
10. put some more coolent
11. start the car to warm up
12. put more coolent to radiator.
13. close radiator cap on.

am i doing something wrong?

i wanna thank u all for trying to help me.

it means alot.

The front end of the car should have been up on jack stands to force the air to bubble out through the radiator.

by the way, on that video, engine surges. it's doing that on it's own. it takes 3 to 5 trys on ignition to start this car and what u c on the video happens.
