Default Help Needed A.S.A.P!!

I have a 94 Honda Civic.it has a d15b7 1.5 engine in it.the car was running and i parked it about a week ago.i went to start it the other day and it just turns over but will not start.I have Checked everything and im lost. The car has a nice hot fire,it is getting fuel fine, all the injectors are pulsing like they should, the car is in time and the compression is good.the timing belt is not wore or slipping, and the computer has no codes in it..what could be the problem?

everything that i have checked is good and there is no reason this car should not be starting, any of you honda guru's have a clue?any help GREATLY appreciated!

A difficult cold start can be caused by a bad fast idle valve.

Also, have you checked the fuel pressure?

i have not put a fuel pressure gauge on it but i did crack the line and turn the car over and it shot about 3 feet,so it has a little bit of pressure anyway..i have never seen a motor with compression, spark, and fuel not atleast run,but this one will not!

Well, the Fast Idle Valve is worth considering. Also, did you crack the fuel line before or after the fuel filter and did you check for spark at all four plugs or only one?

i cracked the fuel filter on the inlet side and at the fuel rail both, and both had pressure.all 4 plugs have fire, and a good fire too.surely the plug boots couldnt ground out when shoved in the holes??

You also may want to test the ECU and ECU circuit:
