There is an electrical short that is probably located in one of the bulb receptacles for the tail lights, parking lights, or license plate lights. Inspect each receptacle and its wires carefully for damage or burning.

The number one reason for this is someone has replaced the radio and shorted out the factory "illumination" wire that went to the stock radio. If you have an aftermarket radio, check the wires behind the radio closely.

I think there is a plug in the trunk that connects the very back harness to the main car harness. Unplug it and see if the fuse holds. If it does, there is a short in the back harness or the light sockets (which also can be individually unplugged to check) Also note that the front corner marker lights are on the same circuit, there could be trouble there.

Ive checked everything, dimmer switch, bulbs, wires, stereo, day time lights module, all to no avail, so i ran a wire from the circut direct to the fuse box on a toggle switch and all seems well... Thanks for all the help and advice!!!
