it is inside the cap. just remove the cap and rotor, and then replace the parts.

a new rotor usually comes with a screw. put a little anti sieze on it so it will come out easier next time

IS ANTI SIEZE SIMILAR TO DEEP CREEP? MY FRIEND SPRAYED THE SCREW WITH IT BUT IT WON'T BUDGE. IT IS ALMOST LIKE IT IS WELDED ON THERE. I AM UNABLE TO INSTALL THE NEW ROTOR. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

you will have to turn the engine to get the screw on the very top and get into there with a drill and drill the head off and continue drilling to get it down to the shaft to pull the rotor off.
good luck.

it would be a lot easier to remove the distrubutor......3 ,12 mm bolts and a couple of connectors
assuming timing is correct , mark the distributor so you reinstall it at the same spot
