Default Need help pls guys>>>igniter code???

hey guys, I'm new to this forum..don't really know my way around it yet. I posted another thread but with little result.

The car looses power/bogs/pops only in the morning on my way to work. Sometimes is shuts down...then if u let it sit a minute or two it will start right back up....Mainly around 3000+RPM....after it sits while im at work all day it runs fine the whole way home.

I replaced the cap and rotor....Not solved anything...do i need wires?
I have also recently replaced the ICM and coil.....I took it to be code read...it came up as igniter......Any help guys would be amazing......tryin to avoid the shop.

its a 95 civic si with 280,000kms
