High pitched squeeling noise when turning left

High pitched squeeling noise when turning left

As well as a grinding noise when backing up to the right. Turning right when going forward and backing out to the left produce no adverse sounds. Any ideas? Bad axle?

Check for a bent wheel splash guard that may make contact with the wheel while turning.
