My Honda civics battery died the other day and the cooling fan behind the radiator wouldn’t stop running, so I switched out the fuse to stop it. I replaced the battery with a new one and now when I put my car in drive it makes a huge thud then won’t allow me to accelerate. Only revs to about 2000rpm. I hooked it up to a car reader and it says that there is an abs issue but this make and model doesn’t have abs? The check engine light stays on after clearing fault as well

thoughts on a solution to try ?, did changing the fuse around mess with something with the cpu? I changed the fuse back and it still does not accelerate.
