Cannot budge crankshaft pulley bolt even with 1metre ext bar
Car has only done 36k so it has not been off before
Any suggestions as do not want to snap bolt!

Do you have access to an impact gun? That'd be the way to go. We managed to pull the one of my 74k y8, and the 90k z6 with an electric impact, no problem.
