i have honda civic DX 95 and have recently brought a EX gauge cluster trying to intall it, so i can have a tach. but the problem is that i dont know how to open up the old panel. i was told that i could open the panel on the top of emergency light button, but i couldnt likely to open it... can any expert plz hlep me out.. thz.
