Default honda civic power window problem

Hi,

I need some help please!! I got a 97 honda civic, the main control switch (drivers side) won't operate the passengers side window. But it will go up & down with the switch on the passengers side. I tried changing the main switch...still not working...the regulator is fine as it works from the passengers side....why won't it work from the drivers side?? its realli annoying, if any one know a solution, please let me know!! >.< thanks!

the wiring from the main switch to the reg could have broken somewhere along the way, try taking an ohm meter and test for continuity
