Default How to change A/C Idler Pulley?

I'm pretty sure i need to change my A/C idler pulley but i dont know how. Its making a really annoying whining sound.

Does anyone know how to do this or have a link to a "how to" site.

Thanks

Just loosen the nut on the pulley, turn the adjusting screw to loosen the belt, then remove the nut and take the pulley off. Make sure to get all the washers and spacers back in place properly with the new pulley.

Yes it can but a bunch of other things could too. If you're not sure what it is, start by removing all the external belts and spin each pulley by hand. If none of them seem noisy, start the engine with the belts still off to be sure it is not the water pump or timing belt idler.

Ended up being the idler pulley.

FYI - I had to unbolt the powerstearing pump (two bolts) in order to get to the idler pulley (two bolts) easily. Took about 30 minutes and cost $42 for the idler pulley. The honda dealer quoted me $175 for labor and mat. Also someone told me that the pulley bolt is reverse thread, but this is not true! its regular lefty loosy threads.
