Default How do I fix this?

The weather stripping stuff is starting to peal and come off. Are there any kits that can fix that or would I need to get a new piece?

They aren't hard to install are they? It doesn't look like they should be.

they can be a PITA... ive heard you have to remove the guts from the window stuff to get to the mounting points.

tho you could... ive heard of people just masking off there car and painting that trim while it was still on the car.

its never a problem just ugly up close

you can always tape up the area with some 3M painter tape around the glass and other door trim then slap some duct tape over the other tape the painter tape will prevent a sticky mess left on the glass or paint, and the duct tape will be thick and strong to keep your sanding marks off it. just hand sand the little trim piece and clean the area and then just paint it.... ive heard some people use caliper paint and some use truck bed liner roll on paint. both of those will last a hell of alot longer than any spray paint will. and they both come in black
