Default How do I get rid of squeaky clutch(when I press in or release)

sometimes on dry days when I press or release my clutch pedal it makes a squeaky noise everytime. It's not super loud, but it's there and very annoying. Anyone else have this problem, and is there an easy way to fix it?

I also hear a similar clutch pedal squeak sometimes. Not sure but it may be coming from an area around the slave cylinder. I'll be interested to know if there is an easy fix.

bumping an old thread, not sure that's bad or not.

Today I sprayed the pedal pivot points and pulled back some rubber boot to the left of my header. I did not spray inside the tranny(assuming that's the transmission)/casing, but sprayed where the little rubber boot was at, where the line runs outside.

still squeaking. Do I need to get under the car and spray something else or what?

well I just went back, removed the two bolts holding the master cylinder(correct me if I'm wrong), took out the ball joint cleaned that and the arm it comes in contact with. Squeak gone. I used lithium spray grease.
