Default how do I remove wires from connectors inside steering wheel?

Instead of splicing I would just like to know how to remove the current wires from the connector going into the cruise control switch. I already lifted up a tab, but the wires still feel snug, how do I get them out. I don't want to break anything.

you talking about pulling the whole clock spring out? or just repining them into a different harness?
if your repining the harness then it should just be that little bent pin. it must not have been all the way bent down when you are pulling on the wire. try again.

well I just spliced them. It's too hot outside and I was doing other things so I just said **** it and spliced them.

You know the connector that goes to the cruise control switch, I was trying to take out those wires from the connector. Thanks for the help though, good for future reference.
