Long story short, I just spent $300 to fix my exhaust, but the CEL has not yet gone away...

A friend of a friends Friend hooked me up with something called a Predator Diablosport u7198.

I have emissions tomorrow and was looking to clear the code JUS to pass emissions.. supposably the friends friend has passed it this way before..

I searched google but I am not finding anything on this, i..e instructions..

I was jus gonna try it but figured I should ask yall just in case so I don't mess anything up?


How do I use the Predator Diablosport u7198 to clear my code?

Don't start new threads about the same problem. Knowing your car is not smog-compliant and installing parts intended to cheat on the smog test carries a severe penalty.

 

so do you know how to do it? Can you please tell me how to clear the CEL?

p.s. I don't get you Internet guys, if I had posted this in the original thread you would be complaining about me going off topic and hollering at me to create a new thread... i just don't get your kind....

 

Even if you clear the code, it still need to be cycle, so during the cycle process the emission station can tell you have a hard code and will still fail the emission.

Certainly can clear the code and take it there and see...
