I have been working on my fuel pump and I notice that the inside of my gas tank is rusty. I am not sure if I need to do anything with it or if I need to do something what would be the best thing to do to help with the problem and not make it worse. I've attached some pictures for your viewing pleasure.

 

I would replace it with a good one from a junk yard, way cheaper than dealer

 

if that a pix of the inside of the tank, you need to replace it.
