if your outter joint is bad, that means you've been driving around with a torn boot for while because it's not that easy to destroy an axle joint, they are very, very strong.

Problem was 2 day ago i been hearing this noise when i drive so i ignored it than when i drive more it soundlike my tire was falling off / wobbaling but it wasnt. and than when im driving and i
Swerve the car from left to right quickly i can feel and here a clucking noise coming from the passenger sude where the tire is at. Sorry but the reason why im describing what i hear so much is because i dont know much about car and stuff so im hoping someone too had this same issue and can help. and since EJ6 say it hard to break axle joint im kinda double thinking wat it could be since it only been happen in the last 2 day now

As ej6 said, the only way they go bad is after the boot fails, the grease comes out, then dirt gets in and eats up the moving parts. So you could just glance underneath and see if the boots are intact.

if you tore a boot you would have grease all over your suspension

yes, the inner tie rod link will cause clicking while turning, and the vibration can be caused by inner torn axle boots.
