Default I guess I finally figured out what is causing the rattling...

I'm not a mechanic but I'm guessing this engine mount is fubar. Can someone confirm? This is the right engine mount.)

Honda Civic 2006 EX Coupe.

Looks pretty much toast to me. I would google image a new one and see how it looks. Use that to compare what you have to.

yes its toast, that should be 1 piece, grab a new one at the parts store.
