My 2002 civic died at the body shop on its way to a new paint job. It does not take the scanner to determine the problem. It says check connection and will not show the problem. I have replace injector and coils. It sometimes start rough when the fuel pump is disconnected but dies again when fuel pump is connected. I have change the fuel pump too. PLEASE HELP WITH ANY ADVICES.

Fuse #9 is good in fact all fuses are good. The timing bell was not set correctly, it probablely moved while driven to paint shop. Now its been reset and turns on, but it want to die and the battery red light is on and tries to die as if the electricity to the computer is interrupted. After running for about 3 min. the RPM and the Temp. Gauges die completely and the check engine light comes on. The car sound like its okay at a higher RPM than normal, but does not accelerate good. PLEASE HELP!!!

The battery is brand new and fully charged, in fact the car turns on, but wants to die as if the power is cutting off. and the RPM and Temp gauges are normal but the battery light stays on. After approximately 3 min of running the RPM and Temp Gauges die and the check engine light comes on and the car idles at a higher RPM than normal, but does not accelerate properly. I tried to connect a scanner to diagnose the problem, but it gives an error mess to check connection. No info. is obtain from the car to determine the problem. My car is a 2002 civic and does not have a distributor, it has crankshaft and camshaft sensors and four coils. Please advice...

Your Civic may have multiple problems.
The battery light suggests an alternator problem. Start by cleaning and tightening the battery connections. Also check whether the alternator belt is loose or broken.
I am also concerned that, during installation of the timing belt, the cam and crank were not perfectly synchronized to TDC1. In addition, engine damage may have been sustained when the timing belt slipped. Have the cylinder compressions been measured since the timing belt slipped?
You also have an electrical problem that is preventing retrieval of CEL codes. See diagrams below for troubleshooting.
