Unhappy I need help 95 civic won't start

So I'm new to the whole civic and mechanic area, I recently bought a civic 95 ex 1.6. Anyways so the car ran PERFECT it had no real big issues except it needed the o-ring for the oil not to leak from the distributor. So i decided to do it myself, so i removed the spark plug wires from the distributor cap, removed the distributor. So I Put the o-ring on and once I put everything back to its place and now it cranks but won't start. The firing order is correct. The wires are plugged in correct, the distributor isnt 180° off. but still no start...I need help.

If you got the distributor off one tooth that could do it. Are you sure you put the rotor in the same exact spot?

If everything is back correctly, the only thing i can think of is the wiring harness for the distributor is not install.

Check the low-voltage wires to the distributor. Does it fire sparks at all?

Where are those located? You can hear the engine trying to start but it doesn't fully start

So I replaced the ignition switch just in case, but the engine still won't turn over. It only cranks but doesn't turn over

Can it maybe that when I removed the distributor to put the o-ring that I messed up the timing? If so how do I fix this?

You can't mess up the timing with this distributor, it only goes in one way.

What I was saying in my previous post is when you remove your distributor and you disconnect the distributor harness then when you reinstall, the contact of the harness may not sit correctly or fully connected.

Also, TRIPLE check your firing order.

My guess would also be wrong firing order. But first see if it is making sparks at all.
