Idle issues when cold
I got the car from my friend's mom and I guess it always did it, I dont think its the HG but it could be, I'd need to do a comp test like you said. But as for the leak I can kind of hear I can't pinpoint it and the surges go away after 1 or 2 minutes of driving then the idle slow starts coming down. Almost like my coolant system rebuilds pressure first or something.
Sometimes it does help to know the background of the car. There have been many people who replace something, or "mod" the car and then something goes wrong. They fail to tell us and we are running around chasing our tails for days trying to help them.
That is normal of a vacuum leak (surging during cold, fine during warm). A basic reasoning for this is that the metal expands under heat and closes that ever-so-small leak up. I am sure there is more to it though, or at least another explanation. That is just how I always looked at it.
I have heard of smoke tests that pressurize the system while pouring smoke it in. Where ever the smoke seeps out of is the vacuum leak.
How long have you sat and watch bubbles come from the filler neck? Was the car completely warm and the Tstat was opened at the end of observing the bubbles? Was the heater core running (pumping coolant into the car for heat)? That would be a proper system bleed. It will take a little bit of waiting, but you just turn the car on, open the cap (when cold!!!), and let the car idle until the fan comes on. Once that happens, turn on the heat in the car and watch for more bubbles.

My heat doesn't really work and my AC belt squeals when you turn it on. And im going to go check now but im pretty sure the bubbles are always slowwwwly coming and especially when you give it gas, it wants to blow radiator fluid out of the radiator.
Well the AC making the surging go away is kind of a hit or miss, and once the car is on it seems like bubbles are wanting to come up in the radiator and especially when I give it gas. Im going to assume its the head gasket even though it never overheats. Oh well.
