I'm new here.. is my engine dead?
Given that the car died because it lost power, you should also eventually check whether the alternator belt snapped or slipped, whether the alternator is bad, and whether any fuses are blown under the hood and dash.
Ok...sorry for the delay, the battery was fully charged when I got to the car, I was by myself so I marked the crankshaft and the camshaft pully as I turned the car over bith pulleys turned allong with all the drive belts. The car is still turning over making that dino barking sound. pulled the valve cover and insured that the rockers were moving and they were. What do I need to check next or what else should I say should I check?
Does the CEL remain ON when you turn the key to ON(II)?
Listen for whether the fuel pump is priming and, if so, whether you have spark at the plugs.
If you have both spark and fuel, then check for whether the timing belt skipped a few teeth -- i.e., whether the cam and crank are no longer perfectly synchronized at TDC1.

OK, just want to check real quick, check to see if the fuel pump kicks on , the cel light, the distributer, and then spark? And if I have spark then check the timing belt? Is there anything else, only reason I am asking is the car is 20 minutes from me, so I want to check everything ya'll advice to check while I am there?
What you should REALLY do, ... FIRST ... is go straight to AutoZone and buy yourself a Chilton or a Haynes MANUAL for your car. Right smack dab at the head of the Troubleshooting Section is a DETAILED FLOW CHART of just exactly what you need to check when the Engine will not start. The Haynes Manuals for Honda's are FREE! Well, ... you pay for the Manual -- BUT, the very first time you use the Manual to fix something or perform maintenance you are able to do yourself ... you just saved $80.00 -to- $95.00 an hour. See how its worth having a Manual?
