Instrument lights and door chime

Just bought 98 civic ex. The door chime is on whenever you open the door, no keys in ignition
Also the instrument lights do not work.
After market radio removed sometime before buying and wires not reconnected to stock radio. I checked all fuses and are good. Any help would be appreciated.
