Default integra seatbelts

ok so on my 93 integra it has the seatbelts that are on rails and move back and forth, when i got the car they didnt work at all. now i have fixed the wiring and they work like thay should, i just have 1 problem and im looking for a little help if someone get get me some diagrams or something.
this is only on the passenger this happens, but when i close the door the seatbelt light on my dash flashes and the damn seatbelt control box wont stop beeping, if i open the door the seatbelt goes foward and beeping stops.

The passenger belt may not be hitting the switch that tells the control that the belt is all the way up. This will also happen if the end of the belt is not engaged in the moving receptacle.
