issues
so i bought a 1993 si last friday, since then the compression had dropped!
1 is at 125, 2 is at 95, 3 is at 116, 4 is at 80.... the whole bottom end has had been done before i bought the car, there are receipts for all of the parts but not build.. the guys dad did the job! what could be the problem... please let me know.. thanks

Having the valves adjusted too tight will kill compression.
You can see if it's the rings by putting about a teaspoon of oil into the spark plug hole and test compression again. If rings are bad, the oil will temporarily seal them and increase compression. I agree with the others though; it should burn oil like crazy if the rings were that bad.
