i got this off ebay.

when i put the lock nut on the shifter, then put the boot on, the collar stops the shift **** from reaching the threads fully and it cannot screw on...

what the hell is wrong with this picture?? any help would be greatly appreciated. i guess thats what i get for buying a $20 package of ****.

 

maybe try putting the boot on.. and then the locknut and then the shiftknob?
or try contacting them?

 

yeah i was doing that, but i had to cut the boot down a bit as it was huge i dunno why.. and then put the locknot above the collar, and i ended up cutting the piece of **** too short, anyway... so ill have to get a new one but i know how to do it now.

 

I'm sorry that you had to learn the hard way that just because something on ebay says "jdm" doesn't mean it's actually JDM or meant to actually fit your car.

 

naw to me JDM isnt some shining gold piece of equipment.. im not a ricer or a wannabe, and i dont even know the difference from part to part... its the only **** beoing sold on ebay really, and the boot is like a freebie on a pretty solid $12 shift ****, if you ask me....

like your sig, money is stupid.. its meaningless... but you get what you give more peper for... im just not spending 80 bucks on a **** haha nope!
