my problems sounds simple, but when i hit the lock button on my keyless entry, sometimes the doors do not lock. the car flashes and everything as if it has, but the horn wont go so that is how i know it didnt lock. anyone else have this problem or a possible solution. i have already replaced the battery in the remote.

 

On my Civic the horn only honks when I hit the lock button TWICE on the remote.
