97 ex new fuel pump,main relay, control module, has spark but will not start and no codes are present, fuel pump seems to pressure up with key on cel goes off after about 2 sec followed by a click from main relay, anybody ran across this before?

 

has timing been checked?

 

no timing check, ran fine before shutting off one night then no start.
