Default Leaking coolant...new radiator?

Everytime I drive I find coolant pooled on top of my radiator. I've washed it off and drive it around for a bit and the same thing happens. And it looks like its seeping out of the top of the radiator as well.

Mechanic buddy of mine thinks I might need a new radiator. Is there any way to check? It's a 95 civic with 188,000KM.

Fill up a cold radiator with coolant, then bring the engine up to temperature. You should be able to observe any leaks, whether they're from the radiator cap and/or cracks in the radiator.
