Default Leaking fluids

So my girlfriends civic power steering pump is going out (or i think it is).
It makes really loud noise when you turn. And if its just idleing and you turn the wheels from one side to the other completely, the power steering fluid will start foaming up and come out of the Power steering plug (the red cover).

Do you guys think its just the pump that is going out? (or already has.. )

And also there is oil coming from the passenger side inner tie rod end (i think) is that related to the powersteering pump?

Can i just pull the belt off the power steering pump and drive it like that?
or will other things get damaged...

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The leaking from the wheel well: does that mean the rack and pinion is shot?

rack n pinion seal is bad, so ya.. either change the whole rack or just keep topping it off on your fluid. That's what I'm doing with mine, cuz have the same problem.

But will the rack n pinon make the fluid bubble up and come out from the fluid bottle?
It also leaks oil from the power steering pump itself.

The pump will burn up because it runs dry. Sounds like the whole system is shot. You can usually remove the belt and drive without power steering, if the handling is still OK.

I had the inner boot torn and replaced on both sides, does the inner joint have to be replaced if contaminated?

so pretty much the pump went bad because someone ran it with no power steering fluid?
Replacing it isn't too hard of a task, is it? looks relatively easy to do. (the pump)
But I've never done it.
Sounds like i'll be replacing the pump, and then rack n pinion.

THANKS!
