Default Leaky Replacement Moonroof Glass

I just replaced the original moonroof on my Civic this weekend because the weather stripping was cracked and leaking, and the metal frame was rusting. I replaced it with a new one from Honda hoping that this would stop the leak, but today, after some pretty hard rain, there was still water getting through at the front left and right corners. I suspect that the leaks are probably coming from the front corners, but there's a chance that water maybe coming from the rear corners if the seal isn't complete, and the water moves forward. Any ideas what would be causing this and how I can fix it? Thanks.

can you put some clear sylicone under the seal maby the water is going between the seal and the body of the car.
